We had a great time here! the staff at the front desk were super helpful. the restaurant had a nice variety of dishes every day, and everything we tried was delicious! 😋

All-inclusive hotel in a beach area close enough to the Beach Club, and the dive shop. Newly remodelled rooms with walk-in closet, very comfortable beds, huge bathroom. Good food, qualified and helpful staff on the reception desk. Nice pool, parking on-site. Easy check out.

the breakfast is large with the omelet station, pork, there’s an option for each taste. their rooms are always spotless and large with an extra bed and bedroom and private balcony.

The room was recently updated and quite spacious, complete with a big bathroom and easy-to-use climate control. It had a safe box for keeping valuables secure and a TV with lots of channels. the surroundings were stunning, and it was conveniently located near a second restaurant 🌴.

The room was spotless and bright with a private balcony, just what we needed. We had a lovely time at the Hotel Henry Morgan All Inclusive in West Bay. the hotel staff was very attentive and always ready to help. Our room was clean, well-lit, and had a private balcony which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the hotel's location near the lake and beachfront rooms.

The staff here is really helpful, which was a nice change. the service is good, plus they offer free parking and serve tasty meals. Just FYI, WiFi costs USD 5 per hour. 📶

The beach had plenty of shade. Staff was welcoming and accommodating, learning our names and greeting us daily. All inclusive with good food and drinks.

I really got a great deal for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect with a beautiful beach. The staff treated me with kindness and professionalism, especially a sweet lady named Kimberly at the front desk.

The food for breakfast could have been better with more variety and freshness.

The food was excellent with lots of options. The beach set up was incredible. The new Villas were very nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved wandering through the pleasant and tropical grounds of this venue. The various boardwalks and shortcut trails provided a lovely atmosphere for exploring. The surrounding trees added to the charm, although some paths were poorly lit at night. Despite this, the location was convenient for accessing nearby restaurants and snorkeling spots. When we wanted a break from the ocean, the nice swimming pool offered a refreshing alternative. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as lack of lighting on some paths, we would still recommend this hotel to anyone. The positives, including the pleasant location, well-trained staff, and convenient amenities, far outweighed any negatives.

I had an amazing time at this luxurious beachfront hotel. The location on popular West Bay beach was absolutely stunning. I enjoyed spending my days lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and taking in the breathtaking views of the coastline. The staff at this place were extremely friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room amenities, including air conditioning and a balcony, added to the enhanced comfort I experienced. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the continental breakfast was a great way to start my day. The spa & wellness center provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. this venue exceeded my expectations and provided me with a truly enjoyable and memorable vacation.

Nice complementary toiletries and towels in the bathroom. The view from the balcony was great. The location was close to the shops and bars.

The room was dated and the furniture was old and uncomfortable. The food was bland and repetitive.

The beach was stunning with plenty of shade available, and the snorkeling experience was amazing. The buffet had a good variety of fruit and vegetables, and the snack bar served delicious fried chicken and donuts.

The rooms were not consistently clean, and there were issues with the air conditioning unit and small safes. The entertainment options were repetitive, and there were limited choices of drinks at the bar.

As young families, we loved the kids' area and the staff who took care of and entertained them. The beach was also wonderful for the whole family to enjoy.

Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.
